At Squnik, we believe in transparent learning policies and student satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility Conditions
Refund requests may be considered only if:
Request raised within 48 hours.
Student has not consumed significant course content.
No recordings/downloadable materials accessed extensively.
Duplicate payment issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall not be applicable if:
Student attended live sessions substantially
Recorded content already accessed
Student inactive due to personal reasons
Placement expectations not met
Lack of practice/performance from student side
Course purchased during promotional/discount campaigns (optional)
How to submit a refund request
- To submit a refund request, please email our customer support team support@squnik.in or call them at +91-8368083373 or 8076660204
- Give details of your purchased course (date, payment method etc) and reason for refund. We try our best to issue refunds within 24 hours of a refund request.
- All refunds will be processed via the payment method chosen at the time of payment. Example: PayU, Razorpay, Instamojo etc. Refunds will not be given via any other payment method like cash, or bank transfers.
Note:-Squnik reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

- Recorded sessions may be provided depending on the course plan.
- Students are responsible for maintaining proper internet/device arrangements.
- Payments & Refunds
All payments are subject to the Refund Policy published on the website.
Refund approval is solely at management discretion according to policy terms.
- User Conduct
Users must not:
- Misbehave during classes
- Harass trainers/students
- Spread false information
- Abuse support channels
- Damage Squnik’s reputation through misleading claims
